I can’t sign in!

You will need a Breath Hub account to start your breath journey. Simply click “Sign up” when you open the app for the first time, enter your details and set a password to finish your registration. Remember to click on the verification link in the email we send you to make sure you entered the correct email address.

You need to have a Breath Hub account in order to access the content on our platform and to make a purchase. Registration is free and only takes 2 minutes.

Simply click on the verification link in the email sent to you right after you sign up.

If you have already registered, simply go to your “Profile” page by clicking the “Profile” icon on the top left corner on your screen. Click “Sign in” to access the sign in page. You can enter your details and sign in using the form on this page. If you forgot your password, click “Tap here if you forgot your password” and we will help you set a new password.

If you forgot your password, we can help you set a new one.

• Simply go to the “Sign in” page by clicking on the “Profile” icon on the top left corner of your screen.
• Select “Already have an account? Sign in”.
• Then click “Tap here if you forgot your password” and follow the instructions on this page to set a new password.

You can change the email address you used for registration from the “Edit Profile” section. To do this,

• First of all, make sure you are signed in on the app.
• Click the “Profile” icon on the top left corner of your screen and click on the link that says “Edit Profile” (under your profile picture, name and email address).
• Click the link that says “Change email” next to your email address.
• Follow the instructions on this page to change your registered email address. Please note that a verification email including your activation code will be sent to your new email address to complete this process.

You can change your password from the “Edit Profile” section. To do this,

• First of all, make sure you are logged in on the app.
• Click the “Profile” icon on the top left corner of your screen. Click “Edit Profile” (under your profile picture, name and email address).
• Click “Change password” next to your password.
• Follow the instructions on this page to set a new password.

To sign out, click the “Profile” icon on the top left corner of your screen and select “Sign out”.
