When practicing breathwork it’s important, essential even, that you feel comfortable during your session. If there is any reason why you might experience discomfort, pay attention to it. Firstly, try adjusting your breath or your posture to feel if that makes a difference.
In case you are able to breathe through your discomfort, we encourage you to stick with your practice, however only if this feels right to you. Breathwork is all about listening closely to the signals of your body, please take by heart that you always have the choice to pause or end your practice if you feel uncomfortable.
