  1. Find a comfortable sitting position with your spine straight and shoulders relaxed. Place your hands on your knees with your palms facing upwards.
  2. Take a few deep breaths to prepare for the exercise. Then inhale deeply through your nose and as you exhale, start taking fast and strong breaths through your nose. Your breaths should be short and strong.
  3. The Fire Breath draws its power from the diaphragm. As you exhale, contract your diaphragm and push the breath out quickly. When you release the diaphragm, breathing will occur naturally.
  4. Maintain fast and rhythmic breathing, keeping a steady pace. Your breathing should be continuous, with no pauses between inhalation and exhalation.
  5. If you are new to the Breath of Fire technique, start slowly and gradually increase your speed as you become more comfortable with the technique.
  6. Aim to practice Breath of Fire for 1-3 minutes in the beginning and gradually increase the duration as you build stamina and proficiency.
  7. To end the exercise, take a deep breath in through your nose, hold the breath for a short time and slowly exhale. Take a moment to notice the effects of the breathwork on your body and mind.
